![]() Characters with lower level than the dungeon they are in get a virtue chance penalty of 5% per level difference except when the difference is 6 (level 0 characters in the Darkest Dungeon) then the penalty is 33%. He is asking for specific values and the official wiki of the game can help us here. I don't think that this is what he asked. But generally speaking, it's better to just not get them that stressed in the first place. The higher a hero's Virtue Chance, the more likely they are to pass that resolve check. An afflicted hero can easily ruin an otherwise good run for the entire party. ![]() As you can likely imagine, this is much, MUCH less good. If they don't pass the check, then they get an affliction instead. If they pass the resolve check, they get a massive 'virtue' buff, massively reducing their stress while also giving many other benefits to themselves and the party over the course of the run.
